The second bedroom also offers a King bed plus twin bunks, coastline view, private kitchenette, and en-suite bath. The sizable third bedroom features a King bed and set of twink bunks, perfect for families. The kitchen is fully stocked with a regular drip coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, and all essentials for family dinners.Sterling Breeze amenities include a hot tub, poolside seating, wine bar, and fitness center. Conveniently located just steps from Pier Park, the state fishing pier, and all the excitement of PCB. Pier Park offers over 900,000 square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues, including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, Rum Runners, Red Brick Pizza, Panera Bread Company, Tootsie’s, Reggae J’s Island Grill, and Back Porch.Things to Note:- You will receive your door code to enter the unit 3 days prior to your check-in date.- You must be 25 years or older to book this property.- Sterling Breeze allows guests 2 cars maximum in the parking deck. The HOA charges a fee per stay (currently $50 per vehicle). No boats, RVs, Camper tops, will be allowed into the parking deck. When you arrive at the Front Desk you will be charged $50 for a packet that contains your parking passes and armbands.- Please note that we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish / laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything needed beyond that.There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
