This home offers three bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 bathrooms, formal dining room, living room and a large family room. There is also a 55″ smart TV in the family room and a 43″ smart tv in the bedroom with 4 twins. Enjoy a large selection of puzzles & games for all ages. Window ac’s are throughout the home, providing maximum comfort during those hot days. Washer and dryer located in basement.The back yard offers a gas grill, fire pit and chairs, picnic table with umbrella, lounge and Adirondack chairs, and a shuffleboard court. The rental comes with the use of the Salt Air Village, which consists of 30 acres- including a frog pond, woods, trails, two fields, horseshoe pits, basketball court and volleyball court. The association also runs village family activities periodically throughout the summer.Please note: Home has streaming services only. No cable.
