Summer, season, or in between – this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is your island retreat. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within an easy walk to the beautiful Gulf beach as well as the Island library, shops for everything from fresh fish to fashion to ice cream to local art, and of course bars and restaurants on Anna Maria Island.You will quickly feel at home, with a well-equipped kitchen, and multiple spaces indoors and out to gather, entertain, or just enjoy some solitude. An unusual floor plan includes a living room, kitchen, large dining/TV room (the Florida room), two bedrooms – one queen, one with twin beds -, and two bathrooms with showers in the main house. About 10 feet outside the Florida room door and across the patio isthe Cottage, a separate space with the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and bath with shower, a TV/sitting room with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave, and a beautiful lanai. Think of the extended family possibilities!This home is not shy of indoor entertainment which can provide hours of family fun! It features 3 TV’s, puzzles and games, lots of books and a foosball/air hockey/ mini-pool table! A shared laundry room, a charcoal grill on the patio, and a two-car carport with plenty of additional parking are also provided, along with a beach wagon, beach chairs of several varieties, and beach toys. We think you will love your Home at Holmes Beach!Dogs are welcomed with their own beds, dishes and toys. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.Accommodates up to 6 people.
