To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.- NO smoking on the premises. Violation fee: $750.- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***Please note that any unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 for every additional hour beyond the designated check-out time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.- Return any physical key/s to the lockbox (if you’ve received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation. Thank you.- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it’s missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
