Large open concept living area, including a dining room table that has seating for eight and bar area that has seating for four. The kitchen includes brand new appliances, cabinets and quartz countertops, installed in the summer of 2022. The kitchen includes an instant pot and coffee maker (with both keurig and regular coffee pot capabilities). The living room features a large ROKU T.V. and wireless internet so you can stay connected. Utility room on first floor has large wash basin sink, large washer and dryer, and plenty of extra shelving for all your things.There is plenty of parking – street parking out front and rear parking accessed by the alley. It’s billed as the top kayaking location on the east coast. In Cape Charles you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and jet skis.
