Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:• One complimentary parking spot is available at the valet.• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.• Pets: We follow the hotel’s rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $316.25 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
