($1000 fine)-Security cameras are situated only on the exterior of the property for security purposes and to ensure guest count per reservation.-Any Guest Count above what is listed on the reservation will be charged $100 per Guest Per Night.-If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back-Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
