3 Blocks to the Gold Coast Beach – 5 bedrooms!This 5 bedroom 2 bath Single Family classic Ocean City home can sleep 12 comfortably! It is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, Uncle Bill’s Pancake House and Kessel’s Korner restaurant. Only 3 blocks to the beach and end of the boardwalk, each block only 2 houses and a small access alley. Other features include central air, WiFi, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/Dryer, cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and first floor bedroom, and ceiling fans in most rooms. There is one parking spot behind the house and plenty of street parking in the front. There is a large outdoor shower area and a secure storage area for your beach items. The back yard is fully fenced and allows for grilling and relaxing under the stars. Our home is smoke free. Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. All of the comforters, shower curtains and throw rugs are replaced between each guest. Six beach tags are included with the house along with six beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella and beach toys.Linen rental is available for this home. Please contact us directly for details.
