The Beach Club is adjacent to the Island Club House and has a gorgeous outdoor pool and the Pelican’s Nest restaurant and Osprey Café with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.Seabrook Island has one of the longest, widest and expansive beach shorelines in the Carolina Coast with almost 4 miles of pristine sandy beaches to explore. North Beach is a favorite spot for locals to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Pelican Beach, also known as Sunset Beach, is a peaceful and idyllic place for young children to frolic in the gentle waves. The Sands at the Beach Club is where all the fun begins with oceanfront pools and a full-service bar and restaurant. If able to re-book your reservation dates, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.00.For monthly winter rentals: Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
