The lower level has a living room, 3/4 bathroom, and another private bedroom with two sturdy bunkbeds with memory foam mattresses.Waterville Estates Community Center – We have 2 passes that will allow 2 people (8 years of age or older) into the Community Center (1/2 mile from the home) for free.Please note, children 7 and under are free.
