Please respect our No LOUD parties allowed policy. Thank youThis newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is located on one of the best courts in Mission Beach. The condo is 2 houses away from the ocean and offers all the conveniences that you will need to make your vacation stay a great one! There is a fully furnished custom kitchen with granite countertops and maple cabinets with a full length bar, that has seating for 4. There is also a farm style kitchen table with seating for 6. If you want to relax and watch TV… we have a brand new 65 inch Samsung smart tv! Free On Demand and other premium channels. If you have a Netflix or Amazon account, you can continue to watch your shows while on vacation. High speed WI-FI is also there in case you need to keep in touch with the office or google things to do in San Diego. We have ceiling fans throughout, comfortable leather couches, and outside seating with a gorgeous ocean view.The ocean view deck has a gas BBQ and Bistro seating for 4. There is a 2 car garage with garage door opener, and a full size washer and dryer. In the garage there are boogie boards, beach umbrellas, LOTS of sand toys, and beach chairs for your use.Sleeping accommodations are a brand new King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in one room and a bunk bed with a brand new full bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. A hide-away mat is available making sleeping for up to 8 people comfortable. Come and stay in this light and bright newly remodeled beautiful beach condo.Within walking distance are several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and beach shops. The Gaslamp District, Old Town San Diego, and La Jolla are only a short drive away. If shopping is your thing, don’t forget to visit all the shops on Garnet Avenue or take a drive to Fashion Valley.If you need more space we also have a two bedroom unit downstairs, VRBO # 268822. Renting both units is perfect for large groups or family reunions that want to stay together but who also would like their privacy.This is the perfect place for your vacation!
