Please plan accordingly.Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee, and you will be asked to leave the cabin immediately with no refundAbsolutely no fires or open flames or candles in the property. The only exception is in the designated fireplace. Any unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus any damages incurred.There is no recreational drug use or illegal activity permitted on the property. Any violation of local laws and you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.Shooting firearms or hunting is not allowed within the Coosawattee River Resort community. Any violation of local laws or community rules will render immediate vacate of the property with no refund.
