Great place to work remotely from with high speed internet of 50 mbps download and 30 mbps upload! ** Brand new hot tub added November 2023! **The Space:This home features an open floorplan, beautiful exposure with lots of sunlight, open kitchen and dining area, large family/entertainment room with vaulted ceilings and wood stove, spacious living room, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, hardwood floors, master bedroom and living space, expansive deck perfect for entertaining, fire pit and patio.Other Things to Note:- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy.
