Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!Well appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus a sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, for this 300 square foot space, a maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with one child or two smaller children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!You’ll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!Note: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions!ATTENTION BOATERS:All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved.
