4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 10Three Night June Minimum!As the name implies, Sunnyside Cottage is a bright and cheery cottage in the heart of Lakeside. The newly renovated cottage has been completely refinished, to include a very open concept, consisting of the living area, dining and kitchen. The décor has been updated throughout. The home features 3 bathrooms and 4+ bedrooms, all on one floor. Bedroom one features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom two is a queen, bedroom 3 has twin bunk beds, bedroom 4 has a twin and a full, plus there is a small den/bedroom with a twin daybed. Gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops, living room with a wood burning fireplace. Additionally, there is a lovely front porch, outdoor shower, and private 5-person hot tub (open year-round!). Located in Lakeside, 2 blocks to the private Orchard Beach access. Now with new outdoor firepit!**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.**Maximum three car parking.
