Description
My wife Alexandra purchased this villa to rent for its amenities and layout. We respectfully declined to be on the hotel’s rental program, which allows us to update the unit and live there. It is about 1500 square feet. There are only 4 floor plans at the Marina Inn that have 3 balconies. The hotel’s dated, heavy, and dark green curtains were removed for solar shades in 1 room. We put blackout window treatments in 2 rooms. The unit’s tattered carpet (still seen intact in hotel hallways) was removed for better looking carpeting. Custom closets were put in. We also updated some furniture.Since HOA fees are higher in Myrtle Beach high-rise we rent out this unit.Owner’s dog is allowed. Guests should notify us if they are bringing a service animal or a pet. State is not big on disturbing the peace (“noise”). No loud ongoing barking, no loud parties, no loud t.v.,We like longer stays in general.This place is very clean. It is located on the Inter-coastal Waterway in the Marina Inn. There is golfing, boating, jet skies, beach, pools, weights, spas, lunching, dining, sauna, bars, restaurants, shuttle to beach in-season, valet service, concierge, security, loss prevention on location, kid-friendly, elderly-friendly, 4th floor view, motorcycle-friendly, washer and dryer in unit, ice machine in hallway. No toiletries are provided to guests. Condo owner provides bedding, pillows and towels for stay. Cleaning is personally provided. We are here to serve.
