This is perfect for three sets of couples because the ceiling height is very large, gives you the feeling of having an entire level of the home to yourself.The first floor is a luxurous king size bed including Nautica premium sheets, with a private bathroom with stone tile shower and separate tub, smart TV with Roku, large spacious closet with bath towels and 2 beach towels.Second floor features a living room, bedroom and balcony. The bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom with bath towels, smart TV with Roku, DVD player and surround sound, closet, and 2 beach towels. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked. The entertainment space flows onto a spacious deck that overlooks the Marina at Cape Harbor including an outdoor grill by Firemagic. Inside kitchen includes; Whirlpool stainless steal refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. Keurig coffee and latte machine, Bereville toaster, Farberware cooking and baking utensils, variety of spices. Pfaltzgraff silverware, Granitestone pots and pans. The openness of the main living area makes entertaining an effortless treat.The top floor is a king bed in the master suite with smart TV with Roku, adjoining office with printer, laundry room and private deck and grand master bathroom with bath towels. Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, Dyson vacuum.Two garage spaces, (however we feel it only has room for one due to the space needed to unload and load) a premium elevator to all levels (we use the elevator for luggage and groceries) and dockage for a boat, up to 55′ – add to the fun and convenience of vacationing at a Marina. If you plan on bringing your boat, please find alternate arrangements at the marina onsite to store your trailer. If you plan on connecting to power and water on dock there is an extra charge. We only have one slip available and please make sure before you book it is still available for your use.Three zone AC and Heat system. The home does not have cable, but we offer you use of our Netflix and Hulu accounts!Community: Cape Harbor. Access to two community pools, one is heated, with bathrooms, tennis courts, and fitness center which is located at the Club House. Please keep off the boardwalk and other residents dock as they are private and it would be considered trespassing.February 2021 to February 2023: There will be construction going on in front of our home, we have done our best with the general contractor to keep noise to a minimum. They are building codo’s in front of the community. Please let me know if you feel the noise is too loud and I will contact the general contractor. Thank you for understanding!All within walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and all the community amenities Cape Harbour has to offer. On Tuesday nights the Main Street area at Cape Harbour hosts a party like gathering with live music.Restaurants: Rumrunners, Fathoms, Marina Club, The French Press, Oyster House, Venture Out.Also there is Boat Storage, Boat Rentals, Boat Tours and a full service marina.We absolutely love our home and welcome you to stay!
