The home has 1 gigabit fiber internet access and a wireless network.The downstairs level has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed plus TV with cable+HBO. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a separate entrance, with a queen bed, en suite bath and TV with Chromecast.Also located downstairs there is a bonus room with a twin bed and a sitting area perfect for watching TV on a 50″ flat screen with cable+HBO. This TV room has access to two ground level patios. One patio has a comfy sectional and the other has a gas BBQ with a cafe table and umbrella.The second level of the home has a spacious living and dining room perfect for family gatherings and meals. There is a sitting alcove off the living room with a twin daybed. The living room boasts a 60″ flat screen TV with cable+HBO+Chromecast. There is a covered patio with table and chairs for conversations that spill out from the living area. The kitchen is quite spacious, fully stocked, and has Viking stainless steel appliances. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests and the adjacent kitchen counter accommodates an additional three guests.Upstairs on the third level, the master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with cable+HBO, and a master bath with a separate shower and large tub to soak in after a great day at the beach. On this level there are two decks. The first deck is a sun deck that has a spectacular sunset and ocean view.
