The gourmet kitchen showcases granite counters, a large island and high-end appliances. The first floor living area offers tall ceilings, built in shelving and a TV. Upstairs, you will find a second sitting area with a mounted TV, perfect for kids or teenagers.The first-floor master suite, with a California king bed, flows off the family room and occupies one side of the first floor. A private bathroom with sliding barn door features a walk-in shower and double sinks. This master bedroom also opens onto the deck and pool area. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor, all with private bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and bathroom with sliding barn door and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features shiplap walls, two built-in XL twin over queen bunk beds and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed and has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In the hallway, there is a laundry shoot leading directly to the downstairs laundry room.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature.
