We would love to host you!The Space:As you step into the living room, prepare to be captivated by the open concept design that seamlessly connects this space with the adjacent dining area. If you turn right at the end of the living room, you’ll discover a fully equipped kitchen that is sure to impress even the most discerning home chef. Just beside the kitchen, you’ll find the adjacent door that leads to the first of the four bedrooms in this remarkable home. Guests can expect to find the one room with two full size beds, two rooms with a full bed, and one bedroom with a queen bed. In addition to the four bedrooms, this home features two well-appointed bathrooms.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Nestled within a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood, this home enjoys the serenity and quietude that many desire. Situated just a short drive away, approximately 10 minutes, you’ll find an array of dining options, pharmacies, and banks. The convenience of having these essential amenities within easy reach enhances the appeal of this already inviting location.Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
