Location is convenient…Boat rental availability ( from near by company) along, swimming and private fishing pier nearby. There is a pier on the property for boating, fishing, and swimming. Shopping, entertainment, local events and dining are just minutes away.30 minute drive to Naskila Casino in Livingston Texas, we are also only 30 mins (approx) from Livingston state park, that offers bike/walking trails, bird watching and so much more.we are also located in an area that doordash will deliver food to the home for you.We are one of the only company that allows young renters,as long as someone who is 21 years old is on property.If you are at least 18 years oldPlease note that the boat ramp and pier are at the bottom of the property, it may difficult for some guest to get up and down the hill, there is a place 1/2 block from the house that offers flat ground for guest with difficulty getting up and down the hill to our boat dock/pierwe have added a bbq pit ( charcoal) (1)playpens/a high chair/ booster seat, a baby gate and family games for adults and kids. we have now included dvds and a dvd player and kids books. the couch and love seat have been replaced with comfy couch and love seat that have recliners.UPON YOUR RESERVATION APPROVAL, 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR TRIP.( if your arrival date is less than 7 days you will get information as soon as you book)WE ADVISE THAT YOU DOWN LOAD THE /VRBO APP THAT WIL HELP MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED FOR YOUR STAY.** You will see a admin. fee that is a nightly fee, this is to cover the city/county hotel motel tax that Vrbo does NOT included in your reservation**( Vrbo only charges the state tax to your reservation, this will be listed as lodging fees, therefore the admin fee will cover the rest of the taxes on your reservation).When renting 30 nights or more it will remove the lodging tax, you can also deducted the admin. fee of any rental 30 nights or more. ( we may have to remove it for you)Please make sure that you take all personal items with you, it is our policy not to return left behind items.Please double check before check out that you have all your items.
