Welcome! Thanks for considering to stay here at our condo. We are at the heart of Orange County with many things to access for entertainment or even work, such as Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Knotts, and the beach. There are multitudes of things to do around here. It’s a very convienent and close location to Target and various restaurants. Minimum days stay is 30 days. All utilities are included in the price.The buildings was built in 2007,.There are 3 different buildings, but our building is next to the swimming pool on the left. Our condo is on the first floor. It does not have the view of the pool. However, the elevator of our building is just 100ft from the swimming pool.The size of our condo is exactly 1,262 sq.ft.Our Condo is in the center of the Orange County, closing many things such as Newport Beach just 15 mins by car, LAX 30 min, Disneyland and Convention Center are 5 mins away, South Coast shopping center 10mins, and our building is right behind Target. There are many famous restaurants on the Harbor Blvd.House RulesThe Building Board require that all guests have to sign the Leasing Contract Agreement which will be provided at the check-in time.
