Also on the second floor is a coastal-chic queen bedroom offering a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third floor houses a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a sofa, TV, and access to a private balcony. The bedroom is across from a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Along with a sitting area, kitchenette, and private balcony overlooking the pool, the guest house has a king bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower.Guests will enjoy the abundance of outdoor living space. The generous pool deck includes a heated saltwater pool, spa, and grill station. This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature.
