The villa has an open floor concept with light wood floors, tan walls and beach décor throughout – definitely makes you feel like you are on a beach vacation.As you walk in to your left is a stackable washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do. To the right is the dining room with a wood table that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen has a U-shaped counter with four leather stools – a perfect place to enjoy a snack.The living area is decorated in a coastal theme and is very inviting and relaxing. There is a light mint green sofa, two coastal rocking chairs and a blue accent chair. The entertainment center has a 42″ TV and a DVD player. Outside the French door is the covered balcony with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool with a table that seats four plus two lounge chairs. A great place to relax and enjoy nature!There is great bedroom separation; the master bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, 24″ TV and a door to the balcony. The private master bath has a single vanity, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Towards the front of the villa is the guest bedroom which has two double beds, a 38″ TV and a private bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the coolness factor at this condo! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! Our guests also may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a minutes’ walk away from the complex and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining and entertainment.
