A full-size washer and dryer with custom-designed doors for quiet laundering is located in the kitchen.The emerald green, blue and white decor draw the colors of the Gulf right in to the kitchen, dining area, living area and master bedroom. The view is majestic; guests feel as if they are right on the beach without ever leaving, with the help of the dining and sitting areas on the balcony. They enjoy the best seat in the house for sunset views!Walking, shopping, or dining at over 20 nearby restaurants in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Villages of Seacrest are also a plus.
