Last winter we updated vanities in all the bathrooms, new mattress set in master bedroom, 2 new lamps and ceiling fan in the main living area, installed a new 80 gallon water heater (you’ll have plenty of hot water), new FULL SIZED washer/dryer, and hung some new art. This winter we got a new white sofa- super comfy. And put a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom now accommodating 7 guests.You will find my home is totally ready for you to enjoy- a worry-free vacation!New pics this spring!This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo is located at Blue Lupine, The Blue Mtn Beach Condos, unit 222.Situated on the highest point on the Gulf Of Mexico, the gulf-front condominium building is located 1 block off Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, nestled between 2 non-renting private home communities and offers maximum privacy with it’s private beach access and gated, covered garage. Enjoy the 50 feet atrium, furnished and landscaped, work out in the fitness room or lounge by the gulf front pool and hot tub exclusive to our guests.Our condo is located on the second floor on the west side. This is a spacious 3 bedroom, which consists of 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin bed and 3 bath unit. It is 1625 square feet with an additional 400 square feet of balcony. The layout is an open floor plan with a main living and dining area (lots of seating), Smart TV with sound bar, DVD player/CD player and a wide collection of movies and music CD’s for your enjoyment) and 2 wings of bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with smart TV and it’s own private balcony (2 large Adirondack chairs), private bath with over-sized jacuzzi is on one end of the condo. The opposite end has a second bedroom with queen bed and Smart TV and private bath and access to the main balcony (teak dining table with 6 cushioned chairs and 4 comfortable wicker chairs with small side tables—the wicker chairs can also be used as extra chairs at the table). A third bedroom a queen (new) and a twin bed with a smart TV is off the side hall next to a third full bath. This floor plan offers unusual privacy for the couple with children or for multiple couples sharing the condo.There are ceiling fans in the main living area (new) and in each bedroom. Also, the condo is equipped with 4 smart televisions.Each bedroom has a smart TV. There is a Full Size front loader washer and dryer (new 2023) in the unit for your convenience (laundry detergent is provided) and a fully stocked kitchen (with all stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and glass back splash). Linens are provided (but not beach towels). Also, very reliable high speed internet access, is provided for your convenience.FREE Beach setup is provided for guests from March 1 to Oct 31. It includes 2 chairs, a table and umbrella setup daily on the beach. Additional chairs or setups are available for rent from the On-site beach service.An equipped fitness room, which has treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights, are available to guests, as well as. A community barbecue area with 2 gas grills and a basketball court are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Nestled between neighborhoods with private homes, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. During high season, we have security on site most days of the week.Within walking distance you’ll find restaurants, coffee, an ice cream shop, a bakery, a health food store, bike rentals, an art gallery and live music during the week!We are situated within 5 miles of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach- and every year our beaches are on the list of Top Beaches in the USA. A large designer outlet shopping mall is only 15 minutes away. We are about 25 miles west of Panama City and 18 miles east of Destin.So, make plans now for your next vacation!
