The dining room and living room have beautiful dark hardwood floors. The gray wooden dining table offers seating for four. The pastel striped sofa and matching loveseat offer plenty of seating for guests. A floral recliner and plush area rug complement the décor. Sit and enjoy a movie on the 55″ Samsung TV. Sliding glass doors offer access to the balcony that is shared with the master bedroom. The balcony has a round table with 4 chairs and overlooks the lagoon below with an ocean view just beyond the beautiful Magnolia trees.Just off the living room is the master bedroom where there is a king size bed, 50″ TV, table & chair and a vanity mirror. The hardwood floors continue into this room with tile flooring in the private bathroom where there is a large walk-in shower and single vanity.The large guest bedroom is to the left of the foyer and also has dark hardwood floors. This room has two Queen beds, 50″ TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony.
