These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors. Located at 3263 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk out the front gate and your feet are in the sands of Mission bay; walk 2 minutes west and you’re surfing the blue Pacific.HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIESThis wonderful waterfront vacation retreat is the lower of a two unit home featuring a nice open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, big TVs in living as well as Master bedroom, cable, high speed Wi-Fi, shared washer & dryer on site and a private furnished patio right on the boardwalk. Please note, the unit does not offer AC and the fireplace is not for use.Linens, towels, various supplies, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack ‘n play are provided for your convenience.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTSQueen bedQueen bed2 twin bedsPack n playPARKING2 car narrow tandem parking (7 wide and 37 feet long): The parking for this unit is along the house wall. Walking to the side of the car needs to be assured or you need to find street parking. Please plan accordingly.LOCATIONLocated at 3263 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk off the patio and your feet are in the grass that leads down to the Mission Bay water; walk two blocks (3 Minutes) west and you’re surfing the blue Pacific.Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Roller coaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.PLEASE NOTEOccupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 6 people (4 adults max)For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar.
