Located in the heart of Tybee Island, this one bedroom Beachside Colony Ocean Song condo offers in-room cable internet, a jacuzzi bath, and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s king size bed, closet and spacious bathroom offer guests plenty of room to move about in its 1,000 square feet.Steps away from the room are 2 private pools (one is heated all year) and a wonderful seafood restaurant The Deck. The Deck offers an outside deck, poolside deck and indoor dining, with live entertainment regularly. Directly across the street is a children’s park, public library, tennis courts, and a YMCA.We’d love for you to enjoy your downtime in our kitchen and living area where you’ll be able to enjoy the TV, internet, and views of the beach all at the same time. On our balcony we have extra high porch chairs as well as a lounger and table with 2 chairs where you can enjoy cocktails, dinner or just relax and read a book. You can enjoy meals cooked in the condo, or you can have take out from one of the many fine restaurants on the island.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
