The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The second master suite has a king-sized bed, TV, balcony, and spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, TV, and balcony, and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third upstairs bedroom has a full bed, twin bed, and twin trundle. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.The generous back deck overlooks the 4th fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course and features the gorgeous pool, which can be heated, and an abundance of comfortable seating. Guests have the option to enjoy the sunshine on the uncovered portion of the pool deck or relax under the covered area.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. A ping pong table (located in basement garage area) is available for guest use.Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home’s front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours.
