It is tastefully decorated with lots of beach décor. To the left of the entrance is a large guest bedroom with two double beds, a decorative glass table with 2 chairs and a mounted 42″ TV. This room has access to a private covered balcony with three chairs for relaxing and taking in the ocean sights and sounds!To the right of the entrance is the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has beige stone countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. Behind the closet doors is the front loading washer and dryer. The dining room has a glass table with six rattan chairs. In the living room you have a wall of windows with absolutely stunning ocean views, a white sofa, large ottoman and two brown leather chairs plus a mounted 50″ Samsung TV. Through the sliding glass doors is access to the covered balcony where there are three chairs to relax with a beverage or maybe a book. Behind the French doors is the master suite that has a king bed, accent chair and 43″ mounted TV. There is access to the covered balcony from this room as well. The ensuite bath has a double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.Complex amenities include a large oceanfront pool with hot tub, children’s pool, charcoal grilling area, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center, an abundance of Adirondack chairs on a reading deck, and covered parking with elevators.
