This condo has a private entry patio on Ormond Court which can be opened to the beach level condo (3648 Bayside Walk). Many of my tenants book both condos for shared vacations with extra family and friends. The 1 car garage is often used for toys, bikes, boards with the large family van in the outside parking spot.
