The attractive back patio is an ideal gathering place for family and friends, with a fire pit, gourmet gas grill, patio seating and a wooden cabana.The 1,536sf, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath light-filled residence is located close to many area attractions and is only a few minutes from downtown Monterey, Fisherman’s Wharf and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, 10 minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Pebble Beach® and 45 minutes from the natural wonders of Big Sur.The two-story home features a kitchen and dining area on the top level, as well as a living room, a small den and office space and many coastal touches such as local seashore themed art. Shells and starfish can be found throughout, with easy-care hardwood floors and tile counter tops.The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner gas stove, and plenty of counter space; the dining table can be expanded to seat six.
