We can not agree to more than 10 people at any time at the premises.For “friend/adult only” groups ALL must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.Please note that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar.
