The en suite bath has a shower with a built-in seat and steam option, and two stylish basin sinks.Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and is next to a hallway bathroom with a custom tiled tub/shower combination.A small room with a bay window at the front of the house can be used as either an office or Bedroom #4, with a desk and twin day bed.Also on the lower level is a wine cellar closet and a laundry room with washer and dryer.Parking for 1 vehicle is available in the driveway, with additional street parking available in front of the home.Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
