Nearby shelves provide a small library of books of local and regional interest.French doors from the dining room open onto the back deck, which features a fire-pit surrounded by patio seating and a gourmet gas grill.Bedrooms and BathroomsBedrooms are located along a hallway that ends with Bedroom #1, a suite which features a king-sized bed with luxury bedding in tones of blue, gray and white, a cozy window seat, desk and comfortable upholstered chair. French doors open onto the central patio area. The large en suite bathroom features a dressing area, two-person shower with built-in seat, custom tile work, and dual sinks.Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a 46-inch wall-mounted HDTV. The guest bedrooms have windows with views of “pocket gardens” on the wooden fence outside.A full hall bath with a shower-over-tub combination is located near the guest bedrooms.A washer and dryer, as well as an ironing area, are available in the garage. The garage is not available for parking but parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway and another parking spot directly in front of the house is typically available.This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
