This spacious room with lofted ceilings is a wonderful gathering space.The family room offers a cozy seating area with a gas fireplace and comfortable upholstered furniture, adjacent to the wooden dining table with seating for 6 and a marble-topped bar area with beverage refrigerator. Doors from the family room lead to a balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating, a perfect place to watch the sunset.KitchenBetween the living and family room spaces, the kitchen features Italian-made cabinetry, and high-end stainless steel appliances that include a six-burner Wolf gas range, a farmhouse apron sink and marble counter-tops.Bedrooms and BathroomsOn the third level, Bedroom #1 is a suite that includes a California king bed, a large closet, full-length mirror and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a shaving mirror, a separate deep soaking tub, dual vessel sinks and custom tile work and peeks of the bay from upper-story windows. Please note that there is no door at the top of the stairs, so this bedroom is audibly open to the staircase and lower level.Down on the first level you will find two bedrooms that each have doors that open onto a brick patio on the side of the home.
