We are excited to host your family and friends in the modern townhouse, comfortable for 11 people.Due to local city regulations, single houses are not permitted for short-term rentals through platforms like Vrbo. However, our townhouse qualified for short-term rentals. Please note that there may be some urban noise from neighboring guests and streets. Kindly consider this before making your reservation.@THE SPACEThe house is actually designed as a gift for my parent staying in. They were out of state to stay in a warmer weather and just come back to Boston sometimes in summer. Everything is decorated carefully with HIGHEST QUALITY. Your group will have plenty of privacy throughout the house.Entire townhouse has one private entrance in front and one at rear with deck. There are 7 beds ranging from King to Twin in the 3 super large bedrooms. Luxury finishes and hotel quality sheets and towels also a brand new chef style kitchen. All our faucets and sinks are from top of Kohler’s. Tiles are huge pieces of granite and marble.The layout of the house is absolutely so convenience with whole connecting kitchen and living area in second floor. All 7 beds are in third floor. Master bath has large Jacuzzi from America Standard with very strong-power of Kohler’s faucet.NOTE: The house is located in busy street with mix of resident and commercial area. It is very convenient and is so close all the shopping mall, supermarket, restaurants or gas stations and so on. However, It is quite noisy potential ability with cars running on front street you may hear it sometimes since we have plenty windows. There is nothing we can do with it if you feel uncomfortable because of the location.@ WELL NOTE: – BE ACCURATE about the number of guests when booking and rectify the matter before arriving. The house has 3 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 11 guests simultaneously. We will open the bedroom corresponding to the number of guests you registered on VRBO depending on the type of bed. Thanks for your honesty!There are security cameras OUTSIDE ONLY around the house for safety reason (entrance, parking, back yard if yes)@GUEST ACCESSOur house is so convenient with 4 mins drive to highway, also take 10′ with a bus on our street that goes to the Quincy Red Line T Station. You can also drive and park at the train station(5 mins drive).This is house with 2 separate units. Entire Vrbo unit is around 1720 square feet. Guests also can enjoy outside deck, garden, and we reserve one parking lot for guests on the left of the yard. It is a little hard to find extra parking lots right on the front street but there are plenty lots for some cross of streets. We are living right next door of the house then we can easily support whenever guests need.The entire unit is reserved for your enjoyment. If there is anything you need during your stay we are available via phone or Vrbo messaging.The day you are coming, we will give you a code for door entrance.@OTHER NOTEABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS…VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.**NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time after 10:00pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks after 10:00 PM. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.- No unregistered guests.
