The gas fireplace is surrounded by Carmel stone and a 55″ TV with cable is mounted above the mantel.Double French doors open onto the welcoming front stone patio. Set with six chairs around a gas fire pit with plumbed propane, it’s the perfect spot to sit and soak up the sun or bask in the warmth of the fire.Kitchen and DiningThe spacious, gourmet kitchen features stone countertops and Viking appliances. A built-in microwave as well as Keurig and drip coffee makers, an electric tea kettle and a toaster are also at the ready.The large center island seats 2 and is an ideal gathering spot for preparing meals or entertaining.
