Some may wish to walk to downtown area which is just several blocks away, others will prefer to drive, either way it is just a short distance to all the world-class eateries, shopping and galleries that make Carmel-by-the-Sea such a popular destination. In under 45 minutes you can be exploring the village of Big Sur to the south or the Santa Cruz boardwalk to the north and all the Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium are just a short drive away from your delightful home-away-from-home.Living SpaceA small entry is a great place to leave your shoes and hang your jacket when you step into this charming abode.High ceilings in the living room lend a gracious feeling to the home. A charcoal BBQ grill is on the side patio just outside the kitchen for an additional cooking option.Even washing-up is a delight at the corner sink with windows that look out onto the garden.A convenient dedicated laundry area with additional storage is on the far end of the kitchen.Gather at the round dining table and enjoy meals together when you dine in.Bedrooms and BathroomsBedroom #1 – King Bed, en suite bathroom with shower.Bedroom #2 – Queen BedBedroom #3 – Queen BedThe recently updated hallway accessed bathroom has a new shower-over-tub.Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.Dogs should not be left alone on the property at any time. Please note that the yard is fenced but the fence is low around a goodly portion of the property.Off street parking for two-three vehicles in the narrow driveway. Street parking is scanty in front of the house but one block away you’ll find more options if needed. The garage is not available to guests.This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
