A full-size stacking washer and dryer are on hand for your convenience.Bedrooms and BathroomsBedroom #1 has a king bed with wooden headboard, TV and an en suite bathroom with a custom travertine-tiled shower. This bedroom has direct access to the front patio area.Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with quality bedding in soothing colors of the sea.Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and subtle nautical elements.The hallway bathroom has a shower with richly toned tile.Well-behaved dogs are welcome with Homeowner’s advance pre-approval on a case-by-case basis, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. The yard is fully fenced but keep in mind that on one side the stone wall/fence is only a few feet in height.The home is located on a small cul-de-sac shared with only a few other homes. Parking is limited but the single car garage can park one small, low-profile vehicle and there is parking directly in front of the home is available for 2 vehicles.This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
