The Smart TV has streaming options and XFinity cable service.The detached garage makes a great get-away-from-it-all office space and is equipped with a desk and chair placed on an area rug and a space heater is provided for cool days. This bedroom has direct access to an intimate patio with outdoor seating.Bedroom #2 has a king bed, a small desk and desk chair, and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub with tile surround.Bedroom #3 has a king bed.The third full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and has a standing tiled shower.All three bedrooms have TVs with XFinity cable service and streaming options.One dedicated parking space in the driveway and there is often space for parking directly in front of the home on the street. Other street parking near the house is very limited on this narrow, quiet street so we recommend only one-two vehicles for this home.This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
