The patio also has a propane BBQ grill and the back yard has privacy fencing.Bedrooms and Bathrooms:Most of the house is on one level, but Bedroom #1 and its bathroom are a few steps up from the rest of the house.Bedroom #1 has a California king bed, TV and direct en suite access to the hallway bathroom with a shower-over-tub.Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub.A beach wagon, beach towels and beach chairs are available for your day trips to the beach.Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
