The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining room has plenty of seating. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer leads to a back entrance.There are also two bedrooms on the first floor. The marsh-side bedroom has a queen bed and slider to the deck. The other first floor bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with shower on the first floor.Stairs in the living room lead to an open loft with futon–perfect for reading a book or writing a few emails. The master bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower and a balcony deck offering expansive views of Wellfleet’s prized marshes.The first floor deck which overlooks the marsh is perfect for dining out or relaxing. The grounds offer privacy and a tranquil setting.Take a short walk to the Lieutenant Island bridge where the tide changes the landscape each day.
