Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you’ll need for cooking. Living space & primary bedroom both flow easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach.All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, and beautiful new floors.Key Features: Ocean front, covered patio, pool & tennis court, private boardwalk to beach.*Included: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. Rates are non-negotiable.
