All rooms located on the ground level with just a few steps to get into the unit. Our property is perfect for guests with mobility needs. Additionally, we are only steps away from a jitney shuttle that continuously loops from 55th street all the way to north street.Our Southend unit is spacious, featuring an open floor plan, modern kitchen, and beautiful hardwood floors. The property includes a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 queen bedroom, 1 king master suite, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the main living room. Enjoy the covered porch, outside shower, and driveway parking spot, and take advantage of our close proximity to the beach, which is only 3 blocks away, and the 52nd street playground, which is only 1 block away.To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning/linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance, as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).To reserve your week, simply provide us with the following information so we can email you the short-term rental agreement: the name(s) you want on the rental agreement, a copy of an individual’s driver’s license, home address, home and cell phone number, and a list of all occupants and their ages who will be staying at the beach house.Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free and pet-free, and absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals are allowed.
