3BR/2BA 1st Floor Beach House at 4641 West Ave – 2 Blocks from the Beach!Beautiful three-bedroom two bath home located at 4641 West Ave in Ocean City, New Jersey. This home was built in 2011 and is the first floor unit. Comfortably sleeps seven with two queen beds and one bunk bed that has a double and a single. Home has hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, granite counters, tiled baths, central AC throughout, wireless internet, and tv’s in two bedrooms and the living room. Dining table for 6 plus 3 at the counter. No garage use, but there is storage for chairs in a separate storage area. It also has a large front patio and an outside shower. Four beach tags are provided. Tenants must provide linens and towels. Rental is weekly Saturday to Saturday.Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is also the Bay Front area for watersports, fishing charters, boat rentals and a Downtown shopping district with unique stores, and restaurants.
