The panoramic view from our front and center balcony is truly spectacular! Our condo will sleep six. All rooms have 10ft ceilings. We have just recently finished giving our beach home a totally new look and feel with updated colors and furnishings. Condo was painted top to bottom and new LVT flooring added in a beautiful driftwood color in the living/dining area and all bedrooms. Our oceanfront living room has a sofa, custom drapes, wall mounted 65″ Samsung Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the large balcony for a panoramic view of the ocean. Our kitchen was just remodeled in 2021 with new cabinets and countertops. It is fully stocked with cookware and bakeware, new smooth surface range, and a new refrigerator. The huge skylight in the kitchen makes this a bright and sunny kitchen year round. New dining room table and chairs with seating for six + two at the bar. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress (2021), 50″ TV, custom drapes, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. The adjoining master bath has a newly tiled tub/shower surround, double vanity sinks and walk in closet. Our second bedroom has a queen bed and new 32″ wall mounted TV. Our third bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses (2021) and a new wall mounted 32″ TV. The hall bath has new tiled shower and granite top vanity. New HVAC, Full size washer/dryer in the hall, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of free parking. We know you will enjoy spending countless hours taking in the spectacular view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. 2022- new balcony furniture!
