Watch the golfers tee shots hit the fairway from the small screened in porch off the dining and living area! The dining area offers seating for 6. The kitchen is roomy allowing multiple chefs to work at the same time. There is a table that seats 4 perfect for breakfast and lunch dining. Sliding doors lead to a large deck with a table for six and lounge chairs. Catch up with your reading while tanning, or enjoy afternoon drinks under the setting sun.The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, vanity, sliding doors to the deck, and an adjoining full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full size bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus another TV. Enjoy all new bedding, linens and towels (bring your own beach towels).** As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
