In 10-15 minutes you can be at the water’s edge in Kings Beach or in downtown Truckee for community events such as music, markets and festivals. But when you are ready, you can come back to your private getaway, relax and unwind.***We have multiple listings. The gondola is open for mountain biking and hiking and we are a 2 minute walk from the NPOA Recreation Center, which you’ll have access to. The Rec center boasts: basketball courts, bocce ball, a fitness center, nature trail, outdoor spas, pools, pickleball and tennis as well as a playground and a splash pad for the littles. Northstar Tennis has professionals to help improve your tennis skills. Join them for a clinic, a tennis social or a 5 day tennis camp.There is a golf course at the Northstar California resort as well. It is an 18 hole, par 72 (men and women) course that welcomes all golfers. There are amazing views and two unique nines. The course was designed to integrate rugged, wooded sites with wavy bunkers and putting surfaces.Northstar California is also home to one of California’s largest mountain bike parks. They host beginner to advanced cross-country and downhill mountain biking trails, lift access, bike rentals and bike shop services.When you run out of energy from playing all over Tahoe, experience the family friendly atmosphere and become part of the Northstar Club when you stay with us. Relax in your spacious residence or head out our front door to experience everything the Northstar Village has to offer. Watch movies or play games with the family in the open and bright living room or unwind in the privacy of your own bedroom with a flat screen TV.During your stay, you are invited to a daily, private, complimentary continental breakfast and come socialize after a day of playing at our complimentary Happy Hour each evening.Your spacious residence has a fully appointed kitchen, family room with large flat screen TV and fireplace, and washer/dryer. In the living room, you’ll have cable TV as well as complimentary designated high speed wireless internet throughout your residence. The residence sleeps 6 with two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and has one bedroom with 2 twin beds. The maximum occupancy in the residence is 8. Rollaway beds are available for additional sleeping options. The main bedroom has a 5 piece bath with a large whirlpool tub. The additional bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and double vanity sinks. Housekeeping services are available on a daily basis to make beds, empty garbage and tidy up your space.The kitchens are fully appointed and equipped for a small family dinner or a larger holiday meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4 burner electric glass top stove, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, and all other cooking items either in your kitchen or available by request to the front desk. You’ll also have access to multiple gas grills on our patio.We offer complimentary parking for one car in our temperature controlled ground floor parking garage and another complimentary space (first come, first serve) behind our building. Parking passes are available at the front desk upon arrival.We strive to make your family vacation memorable with a front desk staff available to assist with your every need whether it be reservations at local restaurants or finding a babysitter for an evening out.**Please note: floor plans may vary, but everything listed above is standard in each residence.
